Santa Teresa is one of the most renowned places in northern Sardinia, overlooking the Straits of Bonifacio<\/strong> in Corsica, which is about 10 miles from. Nearby are some of the greatest shorelines of the entire island such as Rena Bianca<\/strong> and Capo Testa<\/strong>, which have been certified Blue Flags for many years.<\/p>\n

Just a few kilometers from Santa Teresa there’s a moon-like landscape, completely wild, surrounded by huge boulders, smoothed by the action of the weather and water giving them unusual, sculpture-like shapes. Cala Grande, renamed “Valley of the Moon<\/strong>,” is nestled between two granite ridges, with wonderful natural pools with crystal clear waters. At the end of July, the Valley of the Moon,turns into a stage for the jazz international music festival “Musica sulle Bocche” witch, from 2001, bring together jazz lovers and helps to spread out respect and love for the environment.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Castelsardo rises perched on the top of a promontory, that sticks out to the sea,soaring towards the sky, overlooking the Gulf of Asinara. The historic center is wrapped around Doria’s Castle<\/strong>, and among narrow streets, and medieval buildings you can easily find local restaurants and workshops,perfect for shopping local craftmanship.<\/p>

Castelsardo, rich in medieval history, is part of Italy’s most beautiful villages and maintains intact the noble pose of a fortified lordship, thanks to ramparts and steep stairs.<\/p>

Sedini<\/strong> is well known for its “Fairy\u2019s House”<\/strong> also called “Domus de Janas”. <\/strong> According to legend over the centuries the place has been inhabited by the fairies<\/strong>“The”Janas<\/em>are, indeed, mythical creatures, half fairies and half witches, legend has it that if men were good towards them, they became magical creatures providing joy and prosperity. Costa Paradiso’s resort is located in one of the most fascinating stretches of Gallura region. Shores are set in dreamy bays that open along a rocky and jagged coastline. Most of them are only reachable by the sea with a raft.<\/p>\n

within a short walking distance, there is Li Cossi,<\/strong> a long golden strip of sand, wind protected, which is the best choice for families and snorkeling lovers. On clear days are easily visible Asinara’s Island, and the Corsican shoreline. Not so far away, Li Baietti<\/strong> and Le Sorgent<\/strong>i: natural narrow coves, both accessible by uneven trails. Li Baietti is framed by huge boulders above the sea that create natural pools with crystal-clear water. Le Sorgenti is further north out of the three and has two sandy areas for sunbathing and a group of rocks to dive off.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Easily reachable by car, among the places that deserve, at least, a visit there is: Isola Rossa<\/strong> (13 km) with its fine white sandy beach and crystal-clear waters, 5 minutes away there is La Marinedda<\/strong>, particularly windy is ideal for surfers and windsurfers. Despite the wind, its more sheltered side and shallow waters make it suitable for families and kids. 14 km away from Costa Paradiso there is Cala Sarraina<\/strong>, a spectacular shore that at the sunset it turns pink.<\/p>\n

Moving a little further, towards Santa Teresa di Gallura, there is Rena Majore’s family-friendly wide beach. From Palau, you sail for the islands of Maddalena<\/strong> and Caprera<\/strong>, and from there you can arrange for guided tours to the smaller islands. 100km away is La Pelosa Stintino<\/strong>, a fee-paying beach of fine white sand overlooking the island of Asinara.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
