Prices and rates
The indicated rental price includes the consumption rate, but not the following mandatory expenses:
- Final cleaning: €100.
- In case animals are accommodated, an extra €10 will be charged for final cleaning.
Check in: from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Check out: by 10:00 am
Possibility of late check in, with a charge of €30 for arrival between 8 p.m. and midnight, and a charge of €40 over midnight.
Security Deposit: Clients are required to pay upon arrival, in cash, €150 security deposit, which will then be returned at the end of their stay deduced how much needed for eventual damages.
Optional extras: bed linen and towels upon request at €30 per person per week.
