The building hosts up to 5 guests, on the inside extends over an area of 60 square feet with a formal living room with smart tv, an eat-in kitchen area provided with a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, gas stove, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and all you need for cooking.

The sleeping area provides 2 master bedrooms with a closet, sofa-bed, and 2 bathrooms with shower. The outside covers an area of 80mq that includes a private pool, solar shower, and private parking.

Its wide outside property gives you the chance to enjoy your stay in complete relaxation and harmony with nature. The property is located with all local amenities close at hand.

The rent price includes the consumption rate but not the following mandatory charges: €100 for final cleaning Pet accommodation requires an additional charge of €10.
Security Deposit: Clients are required to pay upon arrival, in cash, €150 security deposit, which will then be returned at the end of their stay deduced how much needed for eventual damages.
Check-in is from 4 pm to 8 pm, check-out before 10 am. Possibility of late check in, with a charge of €30 for arrival between 8 p.m. and midnight, and a charge of €40 over midnight.
